Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you receive — but we also make small-batch, personal goods, so here’s how returns work:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, soap and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligible Returns

Unused, undamaged non-personal items (such as wool home goods) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
